Graduation is the Goal
Our program ensures that every student has the resources and support they need to succeed in college. We provide coaching, mentoring, and supplemental instruction to help students overcome environmental and social obstacles and create a supportive community that helps each student thrive.
Programs
Our vision is to close the achievement gap by preparing students for college and post-secondary opportunities by helping their transition into college smoothly.
Our goal is to work with students to ensure they have the tools needed to be successful in college and other possibilities.
R4C equip underrepresented students for success in high school, college and careers. While we focus on college preparedness and the success of college, we are not limited to that area. We also prepare students for post-secondary opportunities. Mentors Are Essential to Our Success

Ready 4 College… We work with colleges and universities on tours and resourcesto meet with prospective students and organize recruitment events. They then inform students and families about the application process, admission requirements, financial aid, and enrollment steps.

Graduation is the Goal…We help students navigate and advocate for what they may need to succeed. So, that may look like helping send an email to a professor or needing specialized services and not knowing the proper steps.
Educate

Acknowledging your well-being and knowing you need help and getting it… whether it is mentally, spiritually, socially, or physically! The goal is to be healthy before anything.

We send out self-care boxes so the student can have, self-care Saturday or Sunday and relax and enjoy the gifts we provide them.
Beauty Within

We help navigate support to families and students as they take this journey through secondary education and young adulthood!

We provide vocational, environmental, and financial support and resources for those in need.
