Meet our passionate founder, Tarsha. Hailing from the vibrant but challenging neighborhoods of Chicago, Tarsha's own journey to a college degree was filled with obstacles. She grew up as a first-generation college graduate, raised by a single parent facing life's hardships. Despite the odds stacked against her, Tarsha knew she had a unique gift for helping others and a talent for creativity. With unwavering determination and faith, she earned her bachelor's degree in sociology.

Having overcome her share of life's challenges, Tarsha's mission expanded beyond her personal journey. She dedicated herself to nonprofit work, authored a book and workbook, patented signature furniture, and embarked on a journey to build a brand that embodies her creative spirit and unwavering ambition. Her belief in the power of education and helping others unlock their potential drives the heart of Smart Girlz Graduates.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

Mrs. Arrington-Brown had provided me the necessary information I needed to formulate my organization, Males With A Plan. She had a very professional and assertive approach. I became discouraged on several occasions; however, Mrs. Arrington-Brown had given me a solid guideline to follow that would assist me with developing a mission statement along with policies and procedures. During the times, I was uncertain if I should make Males With A Plan a not for profit or profitable entity, she would assess the pros and cons and then provide a detail recommendation. After I completed the paperwork Mrs. Arrington-Brown had retrieved for me, she had spent an excessive number of hours reviewing documents and making sure I was picking the right candidate to be on the Board of Directors. She had reassured me why my program was needed. Thank you for your support and kind words.  www.maleswithaplan.net
